By placing an order with Winner Belts, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our return and refund processes, applicable within the United States.


14-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in their original condition

  • Unworn, unused, with tags attached

  • In the original packaging


Return Method

  • Returns will be processed by mail.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@winnerbelts.com.

  2. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Charges

  • No return fees – returns are free of charge.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any:

  • Defects

  • Damages

  • Wrong items

Contact us immediately at support@winnerbelts.com to resolve the issue. Delivery times for exchanges may vary by location.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect products

  • Wrong sizes

  • Defective items

Please email support@winnerbelts.com if your situation qualifies.

Note: We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or preference.


Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fees will be charged on returned items.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of the refund status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after approval.

  • Contact us if you do not receive a refund after 10 days.

Note: If the issue is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address), the customer will be held responsible.


Unused Discounts Policy

  • Refunds will not be issued for discounts not applied at checkout.

  • Please apply all discount codes during checkout.

  • No retroactive adjustments will be made.
